Operating and accommodation rules

• On the day of arrival, the guest must present a valid proof of identity (ID card or passport). Without a proof identity the guest cannot be accommodated. The guest pays the price for accommodation upon arrival according to the valid price list or pre-agreed price, after payment he/she receives the code of the room and the main entrance.

• On the day of arrival you can enter the rooms from 15:00 and on the day of departure please leave the rooms by 10:00. When leaving the room, the guests must close the windows and water taps and turn off the lights.
• If a guest requests an extension, he/she may be offered a different room than the one he/she originally stayed in.
• If the room is not vacated at the scheduled time on the day of departure and the guest is not present, Apartmány Slunce reserves the right to vacate the room and store the guest's belongings in the presence of two representatives so that the room can be available for the next reservation. In such a case, the guest is charged for another day of stay.
• Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. If a reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival, the guest is charged 50% of the total price. In the case of no-show, the guest is charged 100% of the total price.
• Guests can park their vehicles in the car park in front of the house. The accommodation provider is not liable for any theft of the vehicle or belongings in it.
• Guests are asked to observe quiet hours from 10pm to 7am, and during the day it is a matter of course to be considerate of other guests.
• Smoking is not allowed on the accommodation floors of the Slunce Suites, especially in the rooms. There is a designated smoking area in front of the house. Smoking is also allowed on the balconies.
• Use the ski room for ski equipment, do not take winter sports equipment to the rooms.
• For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use your own electrical appliances in the rooms, except for personal hygiene appliances and battery chargers. No cookers, electric kettles or portable heaters are allowed.
• For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children unattended in their rooms and other areas of the house. Adults are fully responsible for any damage caused by their children.
• Guests are not allowed to move any equipment and devices, modify electrical or other installations in the room or in the common areas of the house without the consent of the staff.
• Rooms are handed over to guests without any defects. If a guest discovers any defect or malfunction during the stay, it is in his/her own interest to report the malfunction to the staff.
• Guests may only use the facilities of the rooms for the purposes for which they are intended and guests are fully liable for any damage caused intentionally or negligently. If the room is intentionally damaged or dirtied to the extent that it cannot be re-rented after cleaning, the guest pays the full charge for those days in cash on the spot in addition to the work required to repair the damage or clean the room.
• The guest is not entitled to allow overnight stays to persons who are not properly registered for accommodation and have not paid the accommodation fee.
• The operator is not responsible for items brought by the guest to the Slunce Suites. The operator of the Slunce Suites is not responsible for any damage to the guest's property or theft of items left in freely accessible parts of the house.
• The guest is obliged to comply with the provisions of these accommodation rules. In the event of a breach, the management of the Slunce Suites has the right to withdraw from the accommodation service agreement before the expiry of the agreed period.
